How Does It Work?
1) An EDL-Approved submitter sends a PRIA XML recording request to your county.
2) A notification including a link to the eDocument is sent to your designated staff members.
3) Your staff clicks on the link, where they inspect the waiting eDocument.
4) If the eDocument passes your inspection, it is recorded via your normal recording process.
5) CountyPRO passes notification electronically back to the submitter.

Completely web based, CountyPRO can accept eDocuments in one of two ways:

1) PORTAL: CountyPRO automatically sends docs to your back-end software.
2) STAND-ALONE: CountyPRO queues your documents for you to retrieve.
